Shipping Policy


This shipping policy is applicable to orders within the United States. By making a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the policies outlined herein.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping Charge: $5 for orders under $199
  • Free Shipping: All orders over $199 qualify for free shipping.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-7) on weekdays to qualify for same-day processing.

 

Order Tracking System

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number will be provided. You can track your order’s progress until delivery.

Incorrect Address or Address Change

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
  • Change of Address: Address changes can be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact info@wolamola.com for assistance.

Destroyed Package in Transit

In the event of a package being damaged or destroyed during transit, please follow these steps:

  • If possible, reject the package upon delivery.
  • Contact customer service immediately for further instructions.
  • Please scrutinize the package carefully. If delivered without your presence, notify customer service promptly.

 

Important Note: Orders placed Monday through Friday by 5:00 PM (GMT-7) with cleared credit card approvals will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
